Roles and Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

a) Credit Analysis and Due Diligence: Preparing credit appraisal notes evaluating financial, industry, borrower and project risks. Preparing financial models for the transactions. Interaction with in-house credit team and with vendors for LIEs/valuation etc.b)Monitoring : Monitoring physical and financial status of projects, and highlighting early warning signals.c)Industry: Keeping up to date on Real estate micro markets, compliance norms and regulations relating to sector.
