Job Summary The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution
