Job description

Role 

 Perform detailed research including industry research, transactions analysis, company and investor profile

 Actively participate in identifying, source and reach out to the potential leads 

 Work and provide support to other team member on the execution of transaction for companies across sectors 

 Prepare confidential information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations 

 Provide support in building business plan and financial projection using multiple methodology including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transaction 

 Work on several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Associate, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs
