Job Summary:

• To provide support and assistance to agents/brokers for the firms leasing, sale and acquisition transactions.
• To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information.
• Manage and utilize market knowledge in preparing various comparable, listings, and presentations that aid clientsin their real estate requirements.
• Ensure that building database is accurate and up-to-date by conducting thorough area searches and constantliaison with building administrators and landlord representatives.
• Gather, process and analyse property information to be utilised for client requirements and market reports.
