Key Responsibilities:
Contract Renewal and SAM:
Act as the liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams. Maintain and track the renewal schedule across IT suppliers. Ensure timely escalations and proactive communication regarding renewals. Onboarding Project Management:
Coordinate supplier onboarding activities including gathering documentation, compliance and setup of onboarding tasks. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supplier onboarding processes Track and report on onboarding progress to leadership by owning the status of items in the onboarding pipeline Executive Business Review (EBR) Support:
