Position Overview
Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end order fulfilment and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Manage booking, billing, backlog, and support revenue targets.
- Perform fulfilment validation with Sales, BU, and customers.
- Analyze and report business performance.
- Coordinate across Factory, Logistics, and Operations for shipment plans.
- Act as key interface across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations and optimize resources.
- Implement process improvements and adapt to business changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain and Logistics or related field.
- Relevant working experience in customer service / order fulfillment.
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
