Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, HCM and Compensation, the HCM and HR Analyst will deliver operational and service excellence in HR data and system functions. The role focuses on Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, data processing, metrics, and reporting, serving as the Workday technical user to maintain HR system and data quality.
