We are seeking an Analyst - HK Deal Flow to join our team. The Analyst - HK Deal Flow will work under the Assistant Director of Business Development - HK Deal Flow. This role will assist in sourcing acquisition and investment opportunities for clients, prospective clients, and friends of the firm. This role will provide research support to the CRO team and perform various project and data management duties. The analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing deal flow using Intapp DealCloud. Drawing upon a deep understanding of private capital markets, this position will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external deal participants.
