**Job Description**

Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) is the merchant acquirer, processor, and marketing partner for the millions of merchants around the world who accept American Express Cards.

The Strategy, Planning & Enablement (SP&E) Analyst role is an integral part of the Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) SP&E team thatsupports GMNS business performance through merchant data analysis, sales performance insights, and enhancement of tracking capabilities across Merchant Force and related reporting ecosystems.

The successful candidate should have a strong technical, analytical, and process-oriented mindset. They should feel comfortable collaborating with internal customers across the globe and demonstrate thought leadership and professionalism while performing job responsibilities.
