What You Will Do
- Own application health, stability, and performance by monitoring systems, integrations, scheduled jobs, and data quality.
- Troubleshoot incidents and recurring issues with technical and offshore support teams, driving root-cause analysis and long-term resolution.
- Prioritize and coordinate application enhancements by evaluating business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with business and operational stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, communicate updates, and support roadmap planning.
- Support governance, cybersecurity, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen application resilience and compliance.
