• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in surgical or critical care environments.
  
• Proficiency in the use of anesthesia machines, ventilators, and monitoring equipment.
  
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency response protocols.
