Position Overview
**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing:**
The successful candidate will serve as the technical lead for the AMMM Customer Support Center and the avionics/electrical subject matter expert for the team. In the tech lead role, the successful candidate will work with the team to ensure all commitments to both internal and external customers are met, drive innovation and efficiency improvements, mentor less experienced team members, and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
