Job Description

• Make outbound calls to clients/debtors for amicable settlement
• Explain payment terms and negotiate repayment arrangements
• Update call logs and customer records accurately
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level preferred
• With good verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Call center or collections experience is an advantage
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Work Location:

• Cebu (20 positions)

Salary Range: Negotiable / Based on experience
