AMG Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem‑solving.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and lead high‑performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high‑performing production environment.
