Space management is key for all the aspects of operational success including safety, quality and productivity at FCs. From 2025 in AMET region, we dedicate a single‑threaded leader (Space SME) along with one Space Management Lead in each of the five countries to standardize and improve our space management strategy in the region. This position particularly looks after the expansion of Sub‑Same Day (SSD) business in the region.

The team of AMET Space Management will lead the continuous improvement initiative and take care of all the KTLO (Keep The Lights On) configuration changes for any space management related topics.
