AMC Manager

What you’ll do

• Own and lead manufacturing performance end-to-end, driving SQDCM results (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) and ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume automotive environment
• Establish and enforce a high-discipline shopfloor operating system (Tier 1-2-3, SQDCM boards, Jidoka), enabling fast escalation, data‑driven decisions, and zero‑loss mindset
• Drive process stability and operational robustness, leading root cause problem solving (8D, PDCA) and delivering sustainable improvements in scrap, downtime, and productivity
• Build and develop a high‑performing leadership culture, coaching supervisors and cross‑functional teams while ensuring successful launches, audit readiness, and full compliance with IATF, EHS, and customer requirements
