Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service & Compliance Officer to join our growing e-commerce operations team. This role primarily focuses on marketplace compliance across international Amazon and eBay platforms while also supporting customer operations to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Compliance (70%)
Monitor daily Account Health dashboards across international Amazon and eBay marketplaces
Identify, triage, and resolve account violations and compliance issues
Review Performance Notifications and policy violations, including:
Restricted products
Listing policy violations
Product safety issues
Intellectual property claims
