DescriçãoWe are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Reconciliation team. In this role, you will independently manage operational workflows, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for stakeholders. You will serve as a key execution resource within the Operations function, driving reconciliation processes, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and maintenance of operational records.You'll be the person who ensures every transaction, settlement, and payout adds up and when something doesn't, you'll find out why and fix it.Key job responsibilitiesManage and improve end-to-end operational and reconciliation processes independently;
handle daily operational activities and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.Use SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and MIS reporting;
