Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading defense technology company, is seeking an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to be part of our Security team and based out of our Arlington, VA location. 

The Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) will partner with the resident FSO to manage, execute, and enforce the industrial security program across designated IDT CAGE codes. This leadership support role is heavily focused on serving as the primary administrator for the Security Information Management System (SIMS) and leading all classified shipping, receiving, and material control operations. The AFSO will maintain full operational readiness under 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), oversee personnel security workflows, and assume full FSO responsibilities in the resident FSO’s absence.
