Position Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Data Center Junior Field Engineer (Apprenticeship) supports operational teams in the day-to-day technical monitoring and continuous improvement of critical data center infrastructure, across the following scopes:

  • Electrical systems (MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators – operational level)
  • Mechanical systems (cooling, HVAC, thermal equipment)

  • BMS & Controls (supervision systems, automation, sensors, alarms)

    • This is a hands-on, learning-oriented position, designed to progressively build technical skills in mission‑critical environments under close supervision.


    The apprentice contributes by:

  • observing and supporting operational activities,

  • collecting and documenting technical data,

  • assisting in analysis and improvement actions.
