Position Information Position Title Allied Health & Nursing Program Manager FLSA Exempt FT/PT Full Time Hours Per Week Work Schedule Monday-Friday Grade 15 Summary • Work closely with the Program Director and other Program Managers to support a range of programmatic and operational initiatives within the Allied Health and Nursing Workforce Team
• Negotiate contracts, monitor grants, develop budgets, and serve as the college liaison with external agencies, organizations, and individuals to establish partnerships and generate new or sustained enrollments, FTE, and revenue.
• Evaluate faculty through classroom and online class observation
• Manage staff and student support operations to ensure high-quality learning experiences
• Lead regulatory compliance and renewal processes for applicable programs
