POSITION SUMMARYThe Advance Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) works in collaboration with physicians to assess the physical needs of patients in the clinic setting. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests. Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Familiar with advanced concepts, practices and procedures and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in variety of illnesses presented. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
