As an Alarm Response Officer, you will serve as the primary physical responder to automated intruder, fire, panic, and environmental alarms across our North London commercial and residential portfolio. You will perform rapid‑deployment site inspections and manage live‑breach incidents securely, acting as the critical link between the client, our control room, and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Incident Response: Deploy immediately upon dispatch from the control room to investigate commercial and residential alarm activations across North London.
• Key-holding & Access Management: Safely transport and utilise client keys and digital access tokens to enter premises, following strict custody protocols.
