As a Boarding Gate Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the boarding gate. Your main duties will include checking boarding passes, assisting with luggage, and directing passengers to their designated gates. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth boarding process and handling any customer inquiries or concerns.
