Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide leadership and operational support to the Airfreight Import Customer Service team, ensuring efficient end-to-end import processes and high service standards.
- Oversee daily import operations, including shipment documentation, carrier coordination, customs compliance, billing, and timely job closure while ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Drive process improvements by identifying workflow inefficiencies, enhancing operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, providing coaching, feedback, and escalation support where necessary.
- Manage customer relationships by handling complex inquiries and service escalations while collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
