Aircraft Technician III

• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective components based on analysis of test results following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents using hand tools.
• Calibrate installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications.
• Perform scheduled service and maintenance tasks on aircraft avionic system components and report problems related to maintaining, servicing, and inspecting avionic aircraft systems and related aerospace equipment.
• Perform unscheduled troubleshooting and maintain assigned aircraft systems, components, and related equipment.
• Perform tasks with technician teams in conducting functional tests of repaired components and systems according to applicable standards and procedures.
