Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled structural and composite maintenance tasks during aircraft C‑Checks and heavy maintenance.
• Inspect aircraft structures for corrosion, cracks, dents, delamination, fatigue, and structural damage.
• Carry out structural repairs and modifications on fuselage, flight controls, doors, panels, fairings, radomes, and wing components.
• Perform sheet‑metal fabrication, drilling, riveting, sealing, and fastener installation/removal.
• Conduct composite repairs including bonded repairs, patch installation, vacuum bagging, and curing processes.
• Perform corrosion removal, treatment, and prevention activities.
• Utilize approved maintenance manuals, SRM, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Complete maintenance records, task cards, and repair documentation accurately.
