Good Team Player. Dismantle and install aircon system including ducting, copper piping, and electrical connections. Recording details of installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and functional checks of the aircon system. Assist in preparing material lists, estimating job costs, preparing job records, and maintain an inventory of supplies and tools. Make complex emergency repairs. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems on-site. Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls. Ducting and piping order materials based on the drawing. Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently. Make daily worker progress report to the management. Perform repair and maintenance. Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Ensure great customer service at all levels.
