Position Overview
Core Responsibilities - Perform routine servicing of residential and commercial air-conditioning units
- Clean air filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and drainage systems
- Conduct chemical washes and chemical overhauls when required
- Troubleshoot cooling issues, water leakage, unusual noises, and system faults
- Check refrigerant pressures and identify gas leaks
- Repair or replace faulty components
- Perform installation and commissioning of new air-conditioning units
- Maintain service records and inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures
- Educate customers on proper air-conditioner maintenance
