The Manager, DCR is responsible for the on time, on quality and on cost operations of the AHCA Light Helicopter component repair and overhaul activities. The Manager. DCR is committed to meeting the Company’s financial targets in terms of revenue and profit in this business line and ensures customer satisfaction by meeting various key performance indicators and taking suitable action to drive performance and efficiency including accurate reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Dynamic Component Repair and Overhaul Activities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the whole Dynamic Component Repair (DCR) team.
• Plan, direct, delegate, and monitor the work of the DCR team through appropriate planning, supervision and regular communication.
• Promote and enforce AHCA policies and procedures including quality procedures and health & safety rules and be an escalation point for supervisor on employee’s concerns as they arise.
