Job Description

The role is to cover planned and preventive maintenance for a Facilities Management company on a mobile basis in Darlington, covering 2 sites. The engineer will work alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.

Daily Responsibilities

• Planned and preventive maintenance
• Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
• Ensure that PPM and reactive jobs are processed, defects are diagnosed, faults repaired and tested
• Carry out work safely and efficiently
• Build relationships with customers on site
• Air Handling Units
• Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes
