We are looking for a process‑oriented professional to help build our client's internal AI and workflow capability. The role focuses on improving efficiency, enhancing staff productivity, and applying AI tools to automate business processes

Responsibilities:

• Document and analyze workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and automate processes
• Develop AI prompts, templates, and SOPs
• Support workflow automation projects
• Improve document drafting and client communications
• Create training and process materials
