Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI strategy aligned to business goals across the organisation.
• Design and deliver AI solutions (GenAI, NLP, chatbots, voice bots, and LLMs) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Build, deploy, and integrate scalable AI models and solutions into existing systems.
• Analyse data to generate insights and support model development and business decisions.
• Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
