Job Description
Take a top‑down, consultancy‑led approach to identifying automation opportunities across the business.Engage directly with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and support functions to understand real‑world processes.Analyse existing workflows to determine where AI or automation will genuinely add value.Work closely with the internal Process Team, including Six Sigma specialists, to assess efficiency and improvement opportunities.Design pragmatic, scalable AI and automation solutions aligned to business priorities.Translate business problems into clear solution concepts and automation roadmaps.Define expected benefits, cost savings, and efficiency gains for proposed initiatives.<...
