Requirements
- Proven experience shipping 5+ live AI or automation workflows still in production
- Strong knowledge of at least two low-code automation platforms and one CRM or contact-centre workflow engine
- 18+ months of daily, hands‑on use of leading AI tools in a work context
- Proficient in reading API documentation and delivering integrations independently
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to calculate ROI and prioritize effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management, credible with both department heads and front‑line staff
- Desirable experience in a contact centre, customer operations, or B2C services environment
- Background in RevOps, Business Systems, or Process Improvement
- Familiarity with UK GDPR and data‑handling for AI
- Experience working with or managing an external implementation partner
