Requirements

• Proven experience shipping 5+ live AI or automation workflows still in production
• Strong knowledge of at least two low-code automation platforms and one CRM or contact-centre workflow engine
• 18+ months of daily, hands‑on use of leading AI tools in a work context
• Proficient in reading API documentation and delivering integrations independently
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to calculate ROI and prioritize effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management, credible with both department heads and front‑line staff
• Desirable experience in a contact centre, customer operations, or B2C services environment
• Background in RevOps, Business Systems, or Process Improvement
• Familiarity with UK GDPR and data‑handling for AI
• Experience working with or managing an external implementation partner
