THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

? (30%) Assist in implementing programs and projects of the officer;? (30%) Implements and performs researches on all areas of human resource management and development and financial management;? (15%) Prepares terms of reference, periodic reports and other communications;? (15%) Provides technical assistance to various operating units; and? (10%) Perform other related functions.
