Our client is seeking a litigation solicitor of ideally 2 + PQE to join their nationally renowned and recognised Agriculture Team.

You'll enjoy a range of high quality and often high value contentious agricultural work. The team advise a broad range of clients to include landowners, farming businesses, processors, landed estates, institutions, and others within the land and the wider rural economy. The practice is very broad and encompasses strategic advice, court and tribunal-based litigation, arbitration and mediations. There will also be the opportunity to broaden your experience and to cover less contentious work focusing on contractual agreements, farming structures and tenancy agreements.
