Description:

Support Continuous Delivery and Sprint Execution

o Support day-to-day sprint execution to help ensure committed work is delivered predictably.

o Track sprint progress, capacity, and blockers; escalate risks as needed.

o Ensure sprint goals and Definition of Done are understood and followed.

o Independently manage sprint execution and proactively address delivery risks without escalation.



- Serve as Scrum Master for the Engineering Team

o Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

o Keep ceremonies structured, time-boxed, and focused on outcomes.
