Job Summary:
The Agile Delivery Manager enables predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple RealTime Engineering squads. Supporting Product Delivery Managers, this role ensures teams operate effectively within agile frameworks, remove delivery impediments, and maintain alignment with engineering and operational standards. This role focuses on driving delivery flow, transparency, and continuous improvement across squads working in low latency, high reliability RealTime systems. The position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
