Location : Hybrid, one day per week onsite

Salary : Up to £70,000 + 14% Pension + 25 days annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays + 8 Additional -Fixed Paid Days off)

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join a growing digital function within a well-established, mission-driven organisation. This is the first hire of its kind and will play a key role in embedding Agile ways of working, proving the value of delivery leadership, and shaping how Agile delivery is scaled across the organisation.

This is a delivery leadership role for someone hands-on with delivery, confident working with integration-focused technical teams, and capable of managing or mentoring other Agile professionals. You will be expected to drive delivery outcomes while also coaching teams, supporting individuals, and improving delivery maturity across the function.
