Monitoring and Quality Control

Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo & Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.

Technical Support

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.

Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.

Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed.

Stay up to date on product training to deliver best-in-class technical support.

Improve technical information and electrical schematics by reporting any issues found.
