**Job Title: General Production Worker**

**Job Description**

This role supports a high-volume stamping and welding operation by running production equipment, monitoring quality, and packaging finished parts. You will work on either first or second shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating press and weld machines, assisting with die changes, and performing basic troubleshooting and housekeeping to keep the work area safe and efficient.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate coil-fed stamping presses and weld machines in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
+ Use hand tools, metrology equipment, and plasma cutters as needed to support production activities.
+ Monitor product quality throughout the shift and inspect parts using gauges and other measuring tools.
