Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, handling, tracking, and providing feedback on vehicle after-sales issues within the Singapore region.
• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles in the region in accordance with standard procedures.
• Participate in and assist with validating after-sales technical solutions, collecting field data, and providing timely feedback and optimization suggestions.
• Provide training and guidance to customers in the region on vehicle operation, daily maintenance, and servicing standards.Responsible for the planning, establishment, inventory management, and turnover optimization of the regional spare parts warehouse.
• Efficiently execute other related tasks assigned by the company.
