Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners
- Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
- Monitor performance metrics to identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
- Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes and operational escalations
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives
- Analyze affiliate ROI and trading behaviors to improve ecosystem efficiency
- Identify and prevent risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, or non-compliant traffic
