GE Aerospace is launching the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), a mid-career leadership program aimed at developing future leaders. Candidates will participate in a structured three-year journey with three one-year rotations, enhancing their skills through executive mentoring and targeted coaching.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and 6-9 years of working experience, ideally in aerospace or related fields. Relocation assistance is provided for the program.
