Advisor, Disability Management – temporary position

**This is a temporary position for 9 months with possibility of extension.**


Our Total Rewards team provides extensive counseling and develops a variety of programs to support the mental, physical and financial health of employees. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the Disability Management Advisor will work closely with the benefits team, HR business partners, managers and employees. 


More specifically, your responsibilities will be: 

  • Ensure good governance and monitoring of disability files by proactively managing them in order to facilitate the reintegration of the employee into the workplace; 

  • Participate in file follow-up meetings with the insurer and jointly oversee the proper management of disability files by implementing best practices;

  • Act as a resource person and expert in the management of disability files in order to provide technical expertise to help resolve problematic situation...
