Job Title : Paid Advertising Specialist About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a proven ability to generate leads, sales, and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities - Google Ads Management Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS and reduce CPA. Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads.
