We are seeking an experienced Advanced Service Technician to deliver high-level technical support for commissioning, troubleshooting, upgrades, and servicing of equipment at customer sites and remotely. Key Responsibilities
Lead/support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC issues
Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians and customers
Deliver remote support via phone/email to ensure fast issue resolution
Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system records
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
