Responsible for MRP and production planning performance and support the TECH team for incident resolution.
Define and drive the automation journey.
Process owner of Scheduling, MPS and MRP, monitoring user and process adoption with metrics.
Control and improve MRP and production master data quality.
Build KPIs and dashboards for the scope with support from the Data & Analytics team.
Animate the Supply community (users) and monitor plant performance through Bacardi Operating System best practices (BOS).
Provide strong backup for the SNP planning lead (IBP optimizer).
Document process and training materials.
Qualifications
Excellent technical skills, including advanced Excel, scheduling software, and SAP IBP (Supply) or other SAP APO/IBP/ECC and APS with optimizer.
