Old Road Medical Practiceis looking to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full or part-time basis - this is a flexible role with hours discussed in interview.

Main duties of the job

• Demonstrate a high level of expertise within the specialist service providing advice, education and support to staff, patients, their families and carers.
• Practise autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner within the designated speciality area to provide patient-centred clinical care. This will encompass the skills of advanced clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment within an agreed scope of practice throughout the directorate.
• Support new ways of working that emphasises a more efficient and patient-focused service, and will ensure the safe treatment, referral and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations in their area.
